Gamma Sprint offers a Pro subscription plan with access to real-time market data. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. All payments are processed securely through a third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
A free simulation mode is available without payment. Free tier users receive simulated data only and do not have access to real-time market data.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service; (c) share your account credentials with others; (d) use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gamma Sprint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service, including any trading losses.
